An item is one ticket, transcript, survey response, or document - a transcript counts the same however long the call ran. The heavy video files are metered separately, by the hour kept: 20 hours included on Researcher, 200 on Team. Large imports show a cost estimate before they run, and re-syncs never charge twice for the same item.

A prepaid balance that usage-based features draw from. Every plan grants credits monthly - $15 on Researcher, $60 on Team - and you can add more whenever you like, in any amount.

Nothing dramatic. Your projects, data, and team stay exactly where they are - you’ll simply be asked to top up before starting new usage-based work like an interview or an analysis run.

No. Viewing is unlimited and free on every plan, starting with Researcher - share a project, a report, or the repository with as many viewers as you like, at no cost. Paid seats are only for the people who run research.

Because research is bursty. Tools that charge twelve flat months for three months of actual fieldwork are charging you for the off-season. With reOS, heavy months cost more and quiet months cost almost nothing beyond your base.

Your plan includes a panel - 500 contacts on Researcher, 5,000 on Team. Grow past that and the extra contacts draw from credits at $10 per 1,000 per month, prorated. Campaign sendouts are metered like everything else: $0.02 per recipient, per send. Reminders only go to people who haven’t opened, so you never pay to nag someone twice.

No. Incentive payouts are handled through partner integrations - you connect an account with a payout partner, and reOS triggers the payment when a session completes. We add nothing on top: a $50 thank-you costs you $50, plus whatever terms you have with your payout partner.

Go ahead - that’s what reOS is for. Ingestion costs $1 per 1,000 items, and you see the estimate before a large import runs. Once ingested, items live in your repository: 10,000 included on Researcher, 100,000 on Team. Beyond that, storage draws from credits at $5 per 10,000 items per month - delete what you no longer need and the meter stops.

By the hour kept. Every plan includes recording storage - 20 hours on Researcher, 200 on Team - and beyond that, recordings draw from credits at $5 per 100 hours per month. The transcript is an ordinary repository item, so you can delete an old video, keep its transcript and analysis, and the video meter stops.
